A simple parametric flat gasket/ring generator with round, oval, and rounded-rectangle styles plus adjustable bolt holes and optional split gap.

Generate flat gasket-like rings, seal templates, craft rings, spacer rings, or soft-material cutting guides from a few dimensions. Choose round, oval, or rounded-rectangle outlines; set inner and outer dimensions; add a bolt-hole pattern; and optionally create a split gap or small label.

This is useful for test fitting, mockups, non-critical utility templates, and workshop organization when you need a custom ring quickly.

Important: FDM prints are not automatically watertight or pressure-rated. This model is not a certified gasket and does not guarantee sealing, food safety, chemical compatibility, heat resistance, or pressure performance. Choose material carefully and test before use.

Customization Notes

- Use calipers and add clearance for your printer/material.

- For flexible TPU-like materials, print a small test ring first.

- Bolt holes follow the selected shape by default: oval holes follow the oval, rounded-rectangle holes stay in the flange material, and round holes remain circular. Use the legacy circular bolt pattern only when you intentionally need a true bolt circle.

- Keep bolt holes away from the inner/outer edges so the ring does not tear.

- Increase thickness for a template or spacer; use appropriate flexible material if attempting any seal-like use.
