Description
A smart, parametric measuring spoon featuring an integrated sliding funnel that serves a dual purpose: it acts as a leveler to scrape off excess powder for an exact measurement, and secures the contents so you can invert the spoon and cleanly pour the powder into narrow bottles or jars without spilling.
Key Features & Customization
Using the portal's built-in customizer, you can tune the model to your exact kitchen or workshop needs:
- Exact Volume & Diameter: Set your exact target volume in ml (the mathematical model automatically calculates the depth) and customize the inner bowl diameter.
- Adjustable Ergonomics: Change the handle length, handle thickness, and edge rounding radius for maximum comfort.
- Customizable Funnel: Adjust the overall funnel height and the top spout opening diameter to fit narrow containers.
- Print-In-Place Slider: Features internal sliders with adjustable clearances to ensure a smooth glide right off the print bed.
Multi-Color & Multi-Material Printing
The design is divided into separate modular components, allowing you to print them in contrasting colors or different materials for a premium look:
- Spoon Body & Handle (1x): The main structure, including the internal slider tracks.
- Sliding Funnel Piece (1x): The top cone assembly that glides along the handle.
- Custom Locking Screws (2x): Secures the funnel piece to the internal print-in-place sliders.
Recommended Print Settings
- Material: PLA for dry powders, PETG or Co-polyester for better chemical/wash resistance.
- Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid recommended).
- Layer Height: 0.2mm for general use.
- Supports: None required. The spoon bowl uses a printable 45-degree conical bottom
- Perimeters: 3 walls for durability and leak-proof volume walls.
Script allows you to render assembly or separate parts. Its recommended to work on assembly mode and once you want to export it for printing, you should switch to printing view:
