This is a 1:1 scale replica of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, designed from scratch in Fusion 360 using real caliper measurements taken from the actual device.

Print details:
- Material tested: PLA+ only (other filaments not tested)
- Nozzle: 0.4mm (recommended — larger nozzles may lose some fine detail on the camera rings and logo text)
- Print time: ~1h 40min on a Bambu Lab A1 Combo
- Weight: ~53.29g
- Layer height: 0.12mm, ironing enabled on top surface for a smooth finish
- No supports needed
⚠️ WARNING — DO NOT INSERT A REAL SIM TRAY OR S PEN: The pen slot and SIM tray cutouts are decorative only and are NOT functional. Inserting a real S Pen or SIM tray can get it permanently stuck inside the print and/or break/damage the model. DO NOT DO THIS.
Note: Measurements were taken by hand with calipers and may deviate slightly from the exact factory specifications. Minor dimensional differences are possible.
