Designed with a realistic lattice structure and detailed insulator strings, this model is optimized for FDM 3D printing and assembly.

Printing Notes:

  • The tower is printed in multiple parts and assembled using glue.
  • The insulators are printed separately and glued together one behind another to form the complete insulator strings.
  • For the best visual result, it is recommended to print the tower in gray PLA and the insulators in translucent or transparent filament.
  • Using a brim is strongly recommended to improve bed adhesion and prevent warping of the smaller parts.
  • Layer Height: 0.12–0.20 mm
  • Material: PLA
  • Nozzle: 0.4 mm

Assembly:
Print all parts separately, remove any brim if used, and assemble the tower using cyanoacrylate (CA) glue or a similar adhesive.
