Parametric Vial Rack

Keep your test tubes, HPLC vials, or essential oils perfectly organized with this fully customizable vial rack.

Using the MakerWorld Customizer, you can easily tweak the dimensions to fit whatever you need to store. Just enter your values for:

• Hole diameter

• Well depth

• Number of vials in rows (X) and columns (Y)

Sizing and tolerances:
I printed this using Bambu PLA and found that adding +0.3 mm to whatever you measure with your calipers gives a good fit. For example: if your vial measures exactly 12.0 mm, input 12.3 mm into the customizer. I advise to first print 1x1 sample well, to dial the preferred depth, and diameter before committing to large print.

Printed example:
The example print profile is set up as a 10x10 grid tailored for standard 1.5 mL HPLC vials (a 12.3 mm hole diameter and a 15 mm well depth).
