Reloadable Shotgun Shell Beer Cannon V2 🇺🇸

Chug (or sip) your drink, slam the whole thing down over a fresh can, and the empty pops out the top. Bonus points if you use the dual can version. This is the upgrade to my original Beer Cannon (y'all boosted that one past 1.3k, thanks!). It's cleaner and prints in about half the time.

What's new in V2:

• Fillet/bevel on the lip and base for a smoother, more polished finish
• Print time cut nearly in half vs. the original (closed-bottom prints in ~4 h)
• USA 250 and stars & stripes editions, plus a regular two-tone shell if you're not feeling those 
• Closed-bottom option with a "LOAD A COLD ONE" shell primer design, 12 oz and 16 oz

Fit & capacity

• Dual 12 oz profiles hold two cans; the second can does the reloading
• Closed-bottom profiles: single 12 oz or 16 oz tallboy, classic koozie style
• Need a slim can or something weird? Holler in the comments and I'll try to make one / point you the right direction!

Printing

• Prints upright, no supports (closed-bottom versions are the exception, they need supports for the primer)
• PETG recommended, cans sweat

• I tuned mine for PETG HF, your results may vary (they always do):

  0.2 mm layers · 2 walls · 8% crosshatch infill · 5 top / 3 bottom shells
  Nozzle 245 °C · plate 60 °C · no brim · fan 20–40%, 100% on overhangs
  Rear seam, scarf off (moves the seam to the back of the shell)
