Description

Working suspension and steering - 100% Printed, no glue or tools needed!

My son and many others absolutely love the Action Monster Truck. I noticed in the comments that several people printed mini versions, which inspired me to create a fully adapted, optimized small-scale edition.

Every boost is a huge help in developing models for free.

Changes include:

No glue or other hardware needed
Redesigned suspension spring
Reinforced/larger axle
Simplified details for better printability
4-pin connection system
Slightly reduced suspension travel and angle
Complete Wheel or Rim & Tire seperatly for TPU

Please note: This is not just a scaled-down version. Every single part has been redesigned and optimized for the smaller size, so it is not 100% compatible with the original full-size model when scaling up.

Size is around 55% from original. Means ~ 88mm x 55mm and a height from 54-60mm which fits good in an 1:64 collection.

I also created an Easy One-Plate print profile using only two colors, making it perfect for dual-nozzle printers such as the X2D or H2D.

Still recommended the TPU Tires and the spring out of PETG but just try it out.

You can choose from 2 different springs. And they could printed in PLA/PETG which also makes a difference.

Assembly is basically the same as the big sized, just add 2 extra pins and you don't need any glue.
