Description
An XL, extended version of my original glasses holder, specifically redesigned to fit oversized sunglasses and larger frames. This version features an integrated hook mechanism that slips directly over the edge of standard drawers or cabinet doors for a clean, non-destructive mount.
Like the original V2, this model has been engineered to print 100% without supports by utilizing 45-degree angles on the front cutout and optimized internal chamfers to reduce bridging distances.
đ ď¸ Important Print Instructions (Baked into the profile)
Because this model prints vertically as a tall tower with a large bridge at the very top, specific print speed restrictions are necessary for success:
Overhang and bridging speeds are drastically lowered (down to 25mm/s and 5mm/s in extreme spots) to ensure the top panel prints perfectly clean without sagging.
Bed Adhesion: A 5mm outer brim is mandatory to keep the tall, narrow footprint completely stable on the build plate during printing.
