Multi-size Peptide Vial + Supply Case
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is a storage case designed to hold up to (3) 10ml peptide vials, (8) 3ml peptide vials, (1) bacteriostatic (BAC) water bottle, and multiple syringes. I opted for a fully printable design to make assembly easier, which eliminates the need for any additional hardware or components that might rust in a humid environment.
Design Details
- Capacity:
- (3) 10ml vials (22.5mm diameter) with caps
- (8) 3ml vials (17mm diameter) with caps
- (1) Hospira bacteriostatic (BAC) water
- Syringes
- Secure Layout: The internal geometry keeps vials upright and prevents them from rattling or clinking.
- Material: PETG (Recommended), PLA+, or PLA.
- PLA+/PETG recommended for increased durability and moisture resistance.
Print Settings
- Filaments: PETG (Recommended), PLA+, or PLA. (PLA silk not recommended)
- Supports: None used, tree supports can be added if any overhangs didn't print clean.
- Walls: 3 (Tolerances aren’t super tight; all mechanisms work smoothly with little friction)
- Infill: 15% (Gyroid is my preferred)
Assembly
Once the parts have finished, assemble the top and bottom pieces, attach the latch, and push in the insert. The insert is designed to be a tight fit, so it stays locked in place. The snap fit is snug to make sure the case stays together during use.
