JIC 37° Protective Thread Plugs
A collection of protective threaded plugs for JIC 37° fittings, designed to protect female threads during component storage, transport, maintenance, and handling
The models help prevent the entry of dust and dirt and reduce the risk of small impacts or accidental damage that could compromise subsequent mating with the male fitting
The outer base features a diamond knurling, designed to improve grip during manual screwing and unscrewing, even when using work gloves
Included Sizes
-4, -5, -6, -8, -10, -12, -14, -16, -20 and -24
Print Profile
All sizes are included in a single print profile, organized on separate plates
Each plate contains only one size, allowing you to quickly select and print only the necessary plug, without having to manually separate or reorganize the models

For the protection of male threads, the JIC 37° caps from the same series are also available
The models have been developed and subsequently verified through assembly tests on real commercial fittings and components
