Description
Designed for riders who regularly ride rocky terrain.
This TPU downtube protector was made for the Amflow PX after the original frame protection proved too narrow for real-world use. It covers more of the downtube sides where rocks often hit.
Printed in TPU 90A, 2 mm thick in the center with tapered edges for a better fit around the frame.
I recommend printing it on the smooth plate and attaching it with quality double-sided automotive tape.
Print settings
- Material: TPU 90A (95A should also work)
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- No supports
- Smooth PEI plate
- 2 perimeters
- 15–20% Gyroid infill up to 100% infill as you wish
Notes
This protector was designed around my Amflow PX Medium frame. Check the dimensions before printing if your bike uses a different frame size or model.
