8in Deepstrike ruler with handle for 11th edition

Description
Now that deepstrikes are 8 inches instead of 9 I suddenly found myself in need of new measuring tools. Unfortunately, all of the ones I saw for sale online are completely flat and I don't like having to fumble to pick them up. So, I made one with a handle to keep things easy.
NOTE: this is designed to be printed at 0.20mm layer height. If you change that you need to also adjust the height of the Text Background Color object in order to ensure it prints with the text correctly painted.
