🛠️ HOW TO USE (2 STEPS)

📌 Step 1 – Surface Cleaning

• Object: Soft anti-static cloth and isopropyl alcohol.
• Important: Do not apply harsh solvents directly to the rail during this step (may cause long-term corrosion).

📌 Step 2 – Lubrication

• Object: Lubricant for linear rails (Your preferred choice)
  • Silicone spray
  • Specific metal guide oil

  • Any compatible lubricant

     

• Actions:
  1. Clip the injector onto the Z-axis rail.
  2. Insert the standard tube into the top port (outer diameter 2.2 mm).
  3. One light spray at the highest point.
  4. Slide the carriage up and down.
  5. Lubricant distributes automatically along the full rail travel.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES

• Material: PETG is highly recommended. It is more resistant to mild solvents than PLA.
• Chemicals: Avoid acetone or strong solvents that can degrade PETG over time.
• Order of Operations: Clean first, then lubricate. Reversing this order reduces effectiveness.
• Rail Compatibility: Works on H2/H2S/H1 series (10 mm rails).
