H0 and 00 Slate Tile Texture Sheet
This texture sheet faithfully reproduces a slate roof and is designed for the complete construction of buildings at H0 (1:87) and 00 (1:76) scales.
With a thickness of only 0.4 mm, it remains flexible and easy to work with. You can easily cut it with a craft knife or scissors to adapt it to your needs.
The relief of the slates is achieved through a very fine slope, which provides a realistic rendering once painted and weathered. However, this geometry implies relatively long print times.
Printing Tips
- A 0.2 mm nozzle is essential to achieve the intended level of detail.
- Recommended layer height: 0.08 mm.
- In my experience, the best compromise between print quality and manufacturing time is achieved with 0.08 mm layers.
- Good build plate adhesion is recommended to avoid any deformation of this very thin part.
The examples shown in the photos were printed on a Bambu Lab A1 equipped with a 0.2 mm nozzle.
