Description
Replacement line-spool cover (cap) for the Einhell Classic GC-ET 4530 electric grass trimmer and its twins.
Matches OEM part 340202001005.
Fits: Einhell GC-ET 4530 / GC-ET 450/ 300 · Gardol GET-E 4530 · Gardenline GLR 450/1 · Mr. Gardener RT 450-VA · RTV 400. (Pairs with spool 3405685.)
Print settings — please read, this part spins fast:
- Material: PETG (UV + heat + impact resistance). PLA is not recommended for outdoor use.
- Orientation: open side up, flat face on the plate (as positioned in the file).
- Walls: 4–5 · Infill: 80–100% (high infill matters here due to centrifugal load).
- Layer height: 0.16–0.20 mm · Brim: ~5 mm to prevent corner lift.
- Supports: only under the two latch hooks — use Support Painting (enforcer) on those two spots. The rest needs none.
Install: Remove old cover, fit the new one over the spool and press until both latches click in.
