Precision Mini Airless Soccer Ball - Optimized Design

An exciting new addition to the airless ball series: The Airless Soccer Ball!

This is not a simple scaled-down model. I have specifically re-engineered the classic soccer ball pentagon/hexagon panel layout and integrated a highly efficient inner honeycomb lattice structure. This ensures optimal printability, excellent structural integrity, and realistic bounce performance.

While full-scale airless models are often material-intensive and prone to print failures, this optimized version provides a smart, reliable alternative.

We have provided two tailored profiles for this release:
1. Mini Size: 80mm diameter (Ultra-minimal material usage, requiring only approx. 38g of TPU).
2. Size 1 Soccer Ball: 130mm diameter (Official Size 1 standard form factor).

Experience the satisfying tactile feel and bounce of this optimized lattice structure! Furthermore, feel free to scale the model up to your preferred size to enjoy a fun game of soccer with your friends and family.

Technical Details:
• Design: Optimized Soccer Ball Lattice Layout
• Weight: Approx. 38g (For the 80mm Mini version)
• Tested Material: Overture TPU 95A
• Purpose: Perfect for active play, testing TPU bounce physics, and as a geometric display piece.

Material Selection & Durability Notice:
• For the best bounce performance: We highly recommend using high-rebound materials such as PEBA, or flexible PLA specifically formulated for airless balls.
• For aesthetic/display purposes only: If you print this model using standard PLA, please treat it as a geometric display piece. Standard PLA does not have the elasticity required for impact, and the lattice structure will likely crack or break even under light impact or play.
