Description

This 3-in-1 pool inlet adapter is designed for Intex above-ground pools and makes the suction system more versatile, practical and easy to use.

The model combines three useful functions in one compact part: a 32 mm side port for connecting a skimmer or pool vacuum hose, a removable hair filter to protect the pump, and a bottom plug that allows the vacuum to work at full suction power.

It is a simple but very useful upgrade for pool cleaning and daily maintenance.

How It Works

The side port lets you connect a 32 mm hose, so you can use an external skimmer or a pool vacuum.

Inside the inlet there is a removable hair filter that helps stop hair and larger debris before they reach the pump.

When you want to use the vacuum at maximum power, insert the bottom plug. This forces the suction through the vacuum/skimmer port, giving better cleaning performance.

Before use, always make sure the part fits correctly and that the suction flow is safe for your pool setup.

Printing Tips

For the best result, print with a material suitable for outdoor and water use.

Recommended materials:

  • PETG
  • ASA
  • ABS

PLA can work for testing, but it is not recommended for long-term outdoor use because heat and sunlight may deform it.

Make sure the part is printed strong enough to handle water flow and hose pressure.

Notes

This is a functional 3D printed accessory. Check the fit before leaving the pump running unattended.

If the suction is too strong or the pump is struggling, stop the system and check the filter, hose and inlet connection.
