Compared to the panty liner variant, this model is adjusted in size

and optimized for smaller, individually packaged panty liners

🧠 Design Philosophy

The model functions as a mechanical access system:

 • panty liners are stored stacked in the container

 • they are individually removed through the bottom slot

 • the grip opening supports access when the fill level is low

Design specifics:

 • bottom opening as a spherical cut for a natural grip recess

 • continuous viewing window for real visual control

 • stable construction for daily use

 • easy operation

 • reliable function

 • stable construction

 • print-optimized geometry

📏 Important Parameters

 • Wall thickness: 3 mm → stable construction

 • Inner width: 72 mm → suitable for liner width (slot width)

 • Dispensing height: 7 mm → controls dispensing (slot height)

 • Compartment height: 171 mm → capacity depends on liners

 • Total height: 171 mm → dispenser volume

 • Total depth: 85 mm → design / space requirement (width also 85 mm)

🖨️ Print Settings (tested)

 • Layer height: 0.20–0.28 mm

 • Infill: 10–15 %

 • Walls: 3–4 lines

 • Top/Bottom: 4–5 layers

 • Seam: Backside

✅ Support

 • minimally necessary

 • only in the area of the bottom slot and the top arch

 • recommended: tree support / slim / only critical areas (draw yourself if necessary)

 👉 The rest of the model is support-free

⏱️ Print Duration

 • Main part: approx 3.5 hours

 • Additional part(s): approx 45 minutes

📦 Print Variants 

This model includes several variants:

 1. Plate – box and lid together

 2. Plate – lid only

 3. Plate – box only

👉 Recommendation:

Print box and lid separately for best results
