I created an insect‑prevention drain cap for air conditioner piping.
It supports both Φ14 and Φ16 hoses.
This cap prevents insects such as cockroaches from entering through the air conditioner’s drain line.
Please check periodically to ensure there is no clogging or damage.
Print this model in PETG, and enable supports during printing.
Remove the support material with needle‑nose pliers.
If any support remains inside, you can push it out through the top hole using tweezers.
If the drain hose has deteriorated, the hose may crack when installing this part.
Please cut the hose back to a non‑deteriorated section and extend it using a joint fitting or similar method.
On June 16, 2026, I added a model with hole sizes of approximately 2 mm.
The original model has drainage holes of about 3 mm in diameter.
On June 16, 2026, I also created a joint part for Φ14, so please feel free to use it.
