Description
Hi,
This is my profile for the X2D for Sunlu PA6-GF printed with the High Flow 0.6mm nozzle on 0.24mm layer height. I am using the tungsten carbide nozzle.
Filament must be dried according to Sunlu's recommendations 4 hours @ 110c after 6 hours exposure or on opening. Printing recommended from a dry box actively drying on 55c, filament buffer bypassed and ptfe tubes and clips moved as per pic with a riser to stop filament bending and potentially snapping.
I am using a K value of 0.012 and just select Bambu PA6-GF under device, go to calibration, manage result, and then add the custom K value in or use auto cal.
Annealing can improve strength.
Support interface can be ASA @ 3 Layers 0mm distance or just use the PA6-GF with my settings and it comes off easy.
Engineering plate used for this print at 100c and 65c chamber.
