Magnetic 140mm PC Fan Mount for Mosquito Nets

Turn your 140mm USB-powered PC fan into a simple and effective ventilation solution for roof top tents, campers, vans, or any setup with a mosquito net or fly screen.

This design consists of two 3D-printed parts:

1. Fan Mount Frame – Screws directly onto a standard 140mm PC fan using the fan's original mounting screws.
2. Magnetic Backing Frame – Attaches from the opposite side of the mosquito net or fly screen.

Both parts are designed to accept 6x3mm magnets, creating a strong magnetic clamp that securely sandwiches the mosquito net or fly screen between the two frames. This allows you to quickly install or remove the fan without damaging the mesh.

Reversible Airflow Option

The fan mounting frame can also be printed twice and installed on both sides of the fan. This makes it easy to reverse the fan orientation depending on whether you want to pull fresh air into the tent or exhaust warm air out, providing a versatile ventilation solution for changing weather conditions and camping environments.
