Description
A compact high-capacity ampoule storage tray designed to fit neatly inside a compatible storage box. The tray holds 195 ampoules in a dense staggered layout while keeping enough wall thickness between pockets for reliable FDM printing.
Designed for 12 mm diameter ampoules measuring approximately 46.7 mm tall, with around 18 mm protruding above the tray for easy removal.

Printing Recommendations
Recommended settings:
- Layer height: 0.20–0.28 mm
- Walls/perimeters: 2–3
- Infill: 8–15%
- Material: PLA, PETG, or similar
- Supports: No
- Print orientation: flat on the base
For fastest printing, use a larger layer height such as 0.28 mm and 2 walls. For extra durability, use 3 walls.
Notes
This tray was designed around ampoules that are approximately 12 mm diameter × 46.7 mm tall. Please check your own ampoule dimensions before printing, as medical/pharmaceutical ampoules can vary slightly between manufacturers.
The design allows the ampoules to protrude above the tray for easier access while still keeping them organised and stable inside the storage case.
