Description

A simple and strong 3D printable pipe clamp designed for mounting a round pipe or tube onto a flat surface.

The model is split into two parts, which makes it easy to place around an existing pipe without removing the pipe first. Both parts are tightened together using bolts, creating a secure hold around the tube.

Included versions:

  • 40 mm center hole
  • 45 mm center hole

The clamp is designed to be assembled with M6 x 80 mm bolts.

It can be used for mounting pipes, rods, filament holder bars, workshop organizers, DIY projects, shelves, brackets, or other custom setups where a round tube needs to be fixed to a flat surface.

Recommended materials:

  • PETG
  • ABS
  • ASA
  • PLA+ for lighter use

For stronger results, print with more wall loops/perimeters and higher infill.

Recommended print settings:

  • 4+ wall loops
  • 30–50% infill
  • Layer height: 0.20 mm
  • Supports may be needed depending on orientation

Great for DIY projects, workshop organization, and custom 3D printer accessories.
