This is a functional, heavy-duty upgrade for the Ibera PakRak Touring Carrier. It serves a dual purpose: acting as a sleek, rigid splash guard to keep road spray off your gear, while providing a solid, flat utility deck for strapping down extra cargo.

The design features a premium, textured aesthetic (perfect for textured PEI or carbon fiber-pattern build plates) and includes dedicated integration for heavy-duty zip ties to ensure a rock-solid mount.

Available Versions

• Standard Deck: $256 \times 120\text{ mm}$ — A sleek, low-profile fit that aligns perfectly with the main frame of the rack.
• Wide Deck: $256 \times 227\text{ mm}$ — An expanded platform providing maximum surface area for larger bags and wider cargo.

Print Settings & Recommendations

Because this model is designed for outdoor use and mechanical stress, material choice and print orientation are key:

• Material: PETG (Highly recommended for UV resistance, heat tolerance, and impact durability on the road). Avoid PLA, as it will warp under direct sunlight.
• Orientation: Print face-down on your build plate.
• Design Tip: Print on a Carbon Fiber (Holo/PEI) or Textured plate to achieve the textured finish shown in the photos!
• Bottom Layers: 6 layers (Recommended to ensure a strong, puncture-resistant top surface when mounted face-down).
• Infill: 15%–25% (Gyroid or Honeycomb for structural rigidity).
• Walls/Perimeters: 3–4 lines for extra strength around the zip-tie slots.
• Supports: Not required.

• 2x Zip Ties (Up to 14mm wide) for securing the deck to the rack frame.
