Description

Simple, durable track barrier designed for 1/16-scale RC platforms like the Losi Mini-B and Mini-T, and also suitable for Mini-Z and small drift cars.

The low-profile, sloped design helps prevent cars from snagging or flipping during contact while still providing a clearly defined track boundary. Sections connect together and can flex up to ~30°, making it easy to create smooth curves and custom layouts.

Inspired by seeing similar setups in RC drift videos, I wanted to make a simple, functional barrier system—and keep it freely available for the community to use and improve.

Features

  • Low-profile, angled design reduces vehicle upset on impact
  • Interlocking sections allow quick track layout changes
  • Flexible joints (~30°) for smooth corners and flowing layouts
  • Supports required for proper print quality
  • Suitable for indoor & outdoor use
  • Works great with:
    • Mini-B / Mini-T
    • Mini-Z
    • Small-scale drift RC cars
