If you ride the LS2 Dragon (FF807) and want the perfect POV angle without annoying wobbling, you've come to the right place. I designed this mount myself because the universal ones on the chin never fit properly.

The part perfectly conforms to the shape of the chin vent. The camera sits rock-solid and precisely in the center.

Print Information

The best thing about this part? It's designed to be extremely efficient. You'll hardly waste any time or material:

  • Print time: Only about 40 minutes
  • Filament consumption: Just 16 grams!

My Slicer Recommendations

Please do not print this part with normal PLA – it will break at the first stone chip or melt in the sun in summer! It's best to use PETG:

SettingMy ValueWhy?
MaterialPETGMust be weather-resistant and withstand vibrations.
Walls (Wall Loops)5 to 6Walls provide the real stability here, not the infill!
Infill40% - 50% (Gyroid)So that the mount is load-bearing in every direction
SupportNot NecessarySince there are no overhangs

How to make sure it holds even at 200+ km/h

To prevent your GoPro from flying off, do it properly when attaching it:

  1. Clean: Degrease the spot on the helmet (wipe thoroughly with isopropanol/alcohol).
  2. The right tape: Use original 3M VHB tape. Anything else from the hardware store is useless for wind resistance.
  3. Wait! Press firmly and let it sit for 24 hours before attaching the camera. The adhesive needs time to activate.

⚠️ Safety: Use at your own risk, of course. For the first rides, it's best to attach a small safety tether to your GoPro, DJI, etc., to ensure you've glued it correctly.

If it fits well, feel free to leave a like or a picture of your helmet. Have a good ride!
