This specially designed sorting tray for baitcast fishing reel maintenance is the perfect companion for your workbench Anyone who has ever completely disassembled a baitcaster knows how quickly tiny bearings, washers (shims), pins, and housing screws can get lost With this tray, you bring order to your reel tuning!

- Large main compartment: Ideal for placing the reel body or larger components (such as handle, sideplate, or spool)
- 6 separate small parts compartments: Perfectly structured for placing screws, ball bearings, brake discs, and small parts in the exact order of disassembly
- Recessed inlays: The light compartment bottoms ensure maximum contrast â so you're guaranteed not to overlook any tiny spring or washer anymore!
- Exclusive design: With a detailed, multi-color Baitcast & Daiwa logo directly on the work surface
đ ď¸ Printing Recommendations:
The model has been optimized for multi-color printing (perfect for AMS systems like Bambu Lab P1S / P2S)
- Filament tip: I recommend a robust PLA or PETG Since brake cleaner or reel oil (e.g. Shimano/Daiwa Oil) is often involved when cleaning bearings, you should simply wipe the tray clean after maintenance
- Layer Height: 0.2mm (or 0.16mm for even finer details on the logo)
- Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid or Grid)
- Support: Not required (No supports needed!)
- Brim: Not necessary, provided the print bed is well cleaned
