Description
Product Introduction
This is a simple cable retention device designed for bunk beds, bedside charging setups, and desktop environments.
By routing a cable through the center opening, friction between the cable and the structure helps prevent the cable from sliding away due to gravity.
The cable remains easy to pull when needed while staying within reach when not in use.
No adhesive.
No mounting.
No clips.
Design Intent
Living in a dormitory bunk bed, I often routed my charging cable through the gap beside the bed to gain extra reach.
However, the cable would frequently fall to the floor when not in use.
Retrieving it every time became frustrating.
This project was designed to solve that problem with a simple principle:
Allow the cable to move when pulled, but prevent it from falling on its own.

Distinction from Market Products
Most cable organizers are designed to hold cables in a fixed position.
This design focuses on a different goal:
Keeping the cable movable while preventing it from disappearing due to gravity.
It is neither a cable clip nor a cable hook.
Instead, it functions as a cable drop-prevention device.
