Wolf's Fang Fantasy Battle Wolf Axe for Cosplay

Unleash the spirit of the wild with Wolf's Fang, a highly detailed fantasy battle axe inspired by the power and ferocity of a legendary wolf. Designed for FDM 3D printing, this impressive cosplay prop combines a razor-sharp axe blade with a beautifully sculpted wolf head centerpiece, creating a weapon worthy of a true warrior.

The completed model measures approximately 400 mm in height, making it an ideal one-handed fantasy axe for conventions, photoshoots, displays, and collections.

For easier printing, the model is divided into two separate parts:

• Axe Head
• Handle

After printing, the parts must be glued together to complete the assembly.

The model can be scaled to create larger display pieces or oversized cosplay props. When increasing the size, both parts should always be scaled equally to maintain proper fit. Very large versions may require additional model splitting into more sections to accommodate printer build volume and simplify assembly.

Assembly Notes

• Print the axe head and handle separately.
• Test-fit all connecting parts before gluing.
• Use a suitable adhesive such as cyanoacrylate (super glue).
• Scale both parts by the same percentage to preserve connector compatibility.
• For oversized versions, additional model cuts may be required depending on your printer's build volume.

     Guide

Each of my models is printed 2-3 times before releasing the profile. So if you have a problem with printing:

1. DRY THE FILAMENT
2. CHANGE THE NOZZLE TO A NEW ONE.

Recommendations  Guide : In case of a problem with damage to the supports, I recommend reducing the printing speed of the supports by 30-50% and the travel speed to 400mm/s. When removing the supports, I recommend first cutting off the pieces right next to the character, but not removing them, just cutting them off. Remove the remaining larger pieces and only then detach the remaining smaller pieces. This reduces the risk of damaging delicate elements.

• Please note that if you use a different filament than the recommended one, the effect may be different from my print. For example, printing in silk PLA will look better but the supports and the print itself will be more brittle and less durable.

• Clean the plate thoroughly before printing.
