SDS Symmetric Dust Shoe

This is a symmetrical dust shoe designed for CNC routers, created to improve dust collection while keeping the spindle area accessible and balanced. The system uses a dual-side suction layout connected to a central 100 mm hose adapter, helping to distribute airflow evenly around the cutting area.

It includes a removable magnetic brush support, making tool changes and cleaning easier. The compact and modular design is intended for practical workshop use, with simple assembly and a clean, functional structure. Ideal for reducing dust and chips during CNC machining.



It is designed for column-style spindles, but it can be adapted to a wide range of systems and configurations. The only limit is your imagination.

The clamp is designed to be attached to the dust collection hood using an M2 x 4 mm screw.
The clamp is closed with an M8 screw.
The parts with magnetic joints are designed for neodymium magnets measuring 10 mm in diameter and 1.5 mm thick.

Designed to be printed in PETG-CF or standard PETG.
