Octosquirt – The Ultimate Prank Octopus (Water Spray Toy) 🐙💦

Octosquirt, your next favorite prank! 🐙💥

I created this cheeky little guy for one specific reason: to soak your friends and coworkers when they least expect it! 🤭💦

I have included two versions of the model in this project:

Monochrome Version: ⚪ Perfect for a clean, solid look (it looks amazing in Matte White PLA, giving it a cool plaster/sculpture vibe).

Colored Version: 🎨 Ready for multi-color printing (AMS/MMU) if you want to give him a vibrant, full-cartoon look!

How it works ⚙️

Prepare the bottle: 🧴 Take a standard 0.5L plastic water bottle, remove its cap, and strip off the plastic tamper-evident ring. Fill it up with water.

Add the seal: 🪟 Choose one of the TPU gaskets included in the kit. Note: For most common plastic bottles, the 3mm version works perfectly. (You can find the 3MF file with several adaptive sizes, just print the one that fits your bottle best).

Assemble: 🧩 Insert the TPU gasket inside Octosquirt's head. Turn the octopus upside down and screw it tightly onto the bottle.

Prime the prank: 🎯 Flip the whole assembly over and place it on a flat surface. Let any trapped air and excess water bleed out don't worry, it will quickly stabilize and seal itself, getting perfectly ready for the prank!

💡 How to carry it: If you need to move it around or transport it from one room to another, simply place your finger over the octopus's mouth to seal it and prevent any accidental spills! 🤫

The Prank (Choose your style!) 🔥

Option A: The Bait (Stationary) 🛑👀
When someone walks by and asks, "Hey, why is there an octopus with a bottle on its head?", you simply reply: "Don't touch it, it's really angry!" 😡
Curiosity will get the best of them. As soon as they lean in closer to take a look, you squeeze the plastic bottle and give them an unexpected shower! 🌊 The upward-facing mouth shoots the water perfectly into the air right at your target 🎯.

Option B: The Direct Attack (Mobile) 🏃♂️💨
Hold the octopus casually in your hands to show it to your best friend (who won't be your best friend for much longer... 💀). Walk up to them, point it straight at their face, and squeeze the bottle aggressively! 💥 Complete surprise guaranteed! 🎯💥

🛠️ Printing & Assembly Tips
The Gaskets: ⚙️ Must be printed in TPU to ensure a watertight seal so it doesn't leak on your desk. As mentioned above, use the 3mm gasket for standard bottles, or try the other variations included if your bottle thread differs. 📐
