Description

Breda 20/65 Mod. 1935 AA Gun - 1:35 Scale (Dual Version: Wheeled & Tripod)

This is a highly detailed, historically accurate 3D model of the famous Italian anti-aircraft and anti-tank autocannon used during WWII: the Cannone-Mitragliera da 20/65 Modello 1935 (Breda).

Designed from scratch in CAD specifically for 3D printing and optimized for 1:35 scale, this model is perfect for historical dioramas, military tabletop gaming, or as a standalone display piece.

Features & Versions Included: The project includes components to assemble the gun in its two iconic configurations:

  1. Wheeled Carriage Version (Assetto di marcia/traino): Features the dual-wheel transport chassis, perfect for depicting the gun being towed or deployed in a temporary position.
  2. Static Tripod Version (Assetto da posizione): Features the classic 3-legged ground mount used for anti-aircraft defense and fixed fortifications.

Print Settings & Recommendations The print in the pictures was made with a standard FDM printer, showing great results, but it is also fully suitable for Resin (SLA) printing if you want to push the details even further!

  • Scale: 1:35 (Can be easily scaled down to 1:72 or up to 1:16 in your slicer).
  • Layer Height: 0.12mm or lower recommended (0.08mm - 0.10mm for maximum details on FDM, or standard 0.05mm on Resin).
  • Supports: Yes, tree/organic supports are recommended for the barrel overhangs and the carriage structure.
  • Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid recommended).
  • Material: PLA Metallic/Silver (as shown in the pictures) or standard PLA/Resin ready for priming and acrylic painting.
