Greenworks 40V/80V Leaf Blower Edging Nozzle
This flat rectangular nozzle concentrates airflow into a high-velocity stream, perfect for precise lawn edging cleanup, blowing debris from gaps between grass and sidewalks, fences, or garden beds. It performs noticeably better than the stock round nozzle for these tasks.
Many users also find it useful for drying vehicles after washing (use caution and avoid directing air at loose particles that could scratch paint).

- Secure locking via the integrated notched cutouts (engages the blower tube locking tab)
- Can be installed in two orientations (horizontal or vertical airflow)
- Minimal supports needed
Compatibility
- Designed & tested on the popular Greenworks 80V BLB489 (Costco version) with tube part R0201910-00 (~97 mm outer diameter)
- Should fit other Greenworks 40V, 60V, and 80V models using the same blower tube (R0201910-00)
- Please measure your tube and check for the locking tab before printing
Printing Recommendations
- Print in PETG (or other weather-resistant filament) for best outdoor durability
- Two print profiles included:
- Standard / Quick Print – 0.24mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill (faster)
- Heavy Duty – 0.2mm layer, 6 walls, 25% infill (stronger for frequent use)
