Greenworks Leaf Blower Edging Nozzle (BLB489 Compatible)*

This nozzle attachment is designed specifically for Greenworks 80V leaf blowers* and features a flat, rectangular outlet that concentrates airflow into a narrow, high-velocity stream. It is ideal for cleaning debris from the gap between your lawn and sidewalk after edging, making it easy to remove dirt, grass clippings, mulch, and other debris for a cleaner, more professional-looking edge.

Compared to the stock round nozzle, this design directs airflow more efficiently where it’s needed, providing noticeably better performance for edge cleanup tasks.

Some users have also found this nozzle style useful for drying vehicles after washing by directing a concentrated stream of air across body panels. If used for this purpose, exercise extreme caution and avoid directing airflow at loose debris that could potentially scratch painted surfaces.

The nozzle locks securely onto the blower via one of the 4 integrated notched cutouts that engage the locking tab on the blower tube (see photo). The nozzle can be attached in either of two positions, allowing the airflow to be oriented vertically or horizontally (90° apart), depending on the application.

Printing Recommendations

• Print in PETG or another weather-resistant material for improved durability and outdoor use.
• Minimal, easily removed supports, when printed in the orientation shown.
• There are 2 print profiles, one for quick print time and one with increased wall count and infill for additional impact resistance.

*Designed and tested on a Greenworks 80V BLB489 blower with a 97 mm outside-diameter tube (see photos). It should also fit other Greenworks blowers using tube part number R0201910-00. Please measure your blower tube and check for the locking tab before printing.
