Description

What it is

Compact gauges to determine inner and outer radii/diameter, ranging from 1 to 10 mm and 11 to 20mm. These are stand alone variants of my nesting Diameter Workshop Coaster.

What to print

There are multiple variants awaiting you, all are 5mm thick and - in my opinion - a pleasure to fidget with. My personal vavorite is Variant 2 with the big 35mm hole.

How to print

Recommended for printing is a 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layer height. Your flow ratio, pressure advance and retraction should be dialed in well. Printing with a 0.6mm nozzle and Arachne activated is possible though. With this design I do prefer the color changes within layers, you may have to add them manually after slicing at your preferred height (no clue if that info is stored in these .3mf files - please report back).

There may be improvements and modifications based on feedback given here.
