Important Print Settings & Features
- Maximum Durability: It is warmly recommended to print the individual loop track segments with 100% Solid Infill. Since toddlers apply significant leverage and twisting forces during play, maximum density ensures the tracks are virtually unbreakable and won't splinter.
- Two Connector Variants Included: Since every printer and filament brand has minor tolerance variations, the project includes two types of connectors for the track segments:
- Tight Fit (recommended): For perfectly calibrated printers, providing an incredibly tight and secure friction fit.
- Loose Fit: Offers slightly more clearance. These types of connectors are on a separate plate.
Step-by-Step Assembly Guide
The individual segments of each track are chronologically numbered in the print file always starting with the first piece on the far left to the last piece on the far right of the model. Please follow this exact assembly sequence:
- Assemble the base
Insert Base Connectors: First, press the black base connectors into the diamond-shaped slots on the base feet.

- Prepare Track Connectors: Insert the appropriate loop connectors (Tight Fit or Loose Fit) into the numbered track segments.
- Dry Fit (Test Without Glue): Assemble the track loops in order (left to right) and test-fit the completed loop module into the base connectors.
Note: The joints are intentionally very tight for stability, so a bit of force may be required to push them in. - Secure with Glue: Once you've confirmed that everything lines up perfectly, disassemble the track segments and secure them permanently with a tiny drop of superglue (cyanoacrylate). This is highly recommended for ultimate child safety.
- Slide on the Beads: The project files include every single bead shape in every color option, giving you total freedom to mix, match, and customize your own layout. Once your tracks are glued and ready, carefully pull one side of the loop up slightly (along with its base connector), slide your chosen beads onto the track, and push the loop firmly back into the base.

- Beads & Shapes: A custom mix chosen from the included files using Bambu PLA Matte (Dark Blue, Scarlet Red, Mandarin Orange and Lemon Yellow)
Update from 26.06.2026:
Optimized the Red Loop to ensure perfect clearance. The base connecting elements of the red loop have been shortened by approx. 18 mm to lower the entire arc. This completely eliminates any potential collision with the blue track. This optimized loop is available in a separate print profile.
