Parametric Sign Maker/New Driver Sign

Parametric Sign Maker is a fully parametric OpenSCAD sign generator built with BOSL2. It creates customizable rectangular signs with rounded corners, multi-line text, optional borders, hanging holes, and precise control over raised, flush, or recessed colored features.

• Adjustable sign width, height, thickness, and corner radius
• Multi-line text support using | as the line separator
• Global default font and font size
• Per-line font override
• Per-line font size override
• Per-line vertical stretch control, where 1 means unchanged
• Adjustable text letter spacing and line spacing
• Text X/Y position controls
• Configurable text thickness
• Text sink depth control:
  • 0 = raised text
  • equal to text thickness = flush text
  • greater than text thickness = recessed text
• Optional border around the sign
• Adjustable border width

• Border sink depth control using the same raised/flush/recessed logic as text
• Custom border inner corner radius:
  • 0 = square inner corners
  • higher values = more rounded inner corners

The model is designed for signs, plaques, labels, nameplates, student-driver signs, drawer labels, workshop tags, and other printable custom signage where text, border style, depth, and layout need to be tuned precisely.
