Description
What it is. A flat divider that fits perfectly into the 4000 TCG cardboard accessory boxes and holds the cards in place. Quickly designed in FreeCAD — nothing spectacular, but does exactly what it's supposed to.
What makes it special. Dimensions are tailored to the usual 4000-count storage box. Printed flat, no support material needed, one spool of PLA is enough for many dividers.
Print Recommendation
- Material: PLA — perfectly sufficient, the divider doesn't bear any load
- Layer height: 0.16 mm
- Infill: 15%
- Supports: no (print flat)
- Printer: tested on Bambu X1C
Tips
- Orient flat, then the first layer is what's visible — clean bed adhesion pays off.
- If you need multiple dividers per box: simply copy them multiple times to the build plate.
