Gold Squadron Beer Tap - Oga's Cantina
Print Profile(1)

Description
“Red Leader, this is Gold Leader. We’re starting our attack run.”
While visiting Oga’s Cantina at Disney World’s Hollywood Studio, I noticed their tap handle for their Gold Squadron beer. I tried to find it online, but to no avail. Because of that, I decided to attempt to make my own. After many…many failed attempts, I finally got what I was hoping for! Is it perfect, no, but is it awesome, yes!
I split the silver parts to help speed up the print and cut down on waste. I am new to this, so I could not figure out an effective way to remove the red buttons. If you know, please let me know (I tried cutting, but it cuts the entire object)!
I used a connector that I got from Amazon (link below - not affiliated) as the attachment point to keep it sturdy and less likely to snap off from use. I also made the hole it sinks into pretty tight. In order to get it to thread in, I heated it and slowly screwed it into place.

I also used adaptive layering to smooth out the surface. It did add some time to the print, so feel free to turn that off if you want. Printing it vertically is the preferred way according to Bambu Studio, but it also added a lot of print time and waste.
I hope you enjoy!
