GYM-BRO STYLE ZODIAC SIGNS

I present to you a project I've tackled with great enthusiasm, a completely original idea, consisting of a series of the twelve muscular-style zodiac signs. For now, I will create a simplified series (V1), and a second one with a rock on the pedestal featuring the symbol of each zodiac sign (V2), to make the theme more explicit. But I welcome any suggestions.

RECOMMENDED FILAMENTS:

As you can see, I first recommend Bambu Lab's PLA Marble, which you can buy directly from the link. If you have it at home, they will look stunning, like a Greek or Renaissance sculpture. But also, if you want another option, you could try imprinting them with PVB which is a filament very similar to PLA but, by spraying it with alcohol and letting it dry, it becomes super shiny and without print marks. I have tried it for other projects and I recommend it, although if I'm not mistaken, Bambu Lab does not sell it.

PRINT PROFILES:

For each version (V1 and V2), I upload a profile for PLA Marble standard quality, another identical one but with high quality, and a final one printed in PLA Marble but with PETG supports. It goes without saying that the higher the quality, the longer the print time… I have also decided to upload a fourth profile for each series without variable layer height. If you want a minimum print time, choose that, although I personally recommend not sacrificing quality to save time.

As an example, and so you can get an idea of the differences in print time at different qualities, I share these tables of values corresponding to the first 6 figures of the V1 series (without the rock with the zodiac sign symbol). All profiles maintain the same order:

UPDATE DATE 04/06/2026: 6th boost

Uploaded the Libra file, with .obj files and print profiles in which the plates will be numbered as follows:

• PLATE 1: Libra V1 figure (without zodiac sign rock)
• PLATE 2: Libra V2 figure (With zodiac sign rock)
• PLATE 3: Libra scale trays
• PLATE 4: Bar, bar stops, and elements for hanging the trays

NOTE: The Libra file consists of several parts and is the only one that requires assembly.

These pieces fit together at the points indicated by arrows in this drawing. The bar must be inserted from right to left into the hand.

In the print profiles, infills larger than usual have been programmed to increase the strength of the fist, which must support the bar with the trays.

Uploaded the Scorpio .obj files, one with a simple base, and another with a base featuring the zodiac sign symbol. I also modify the print profiles by adding one more plate with the Scorpio symbol. UPDATE DATE 18/06/2026: 10th boost

Uploaded the GEMINI .obj files, one with a simple base, and another with a base featuring the zodiac sign symbol. I also modify the print profiles by adding one more plate with the GEMINI symbol. The print settings remain the same. Pay attention to the characteristics of a print profile before downloading it, as they will always be detailed in text within the profile.

UPDATE DATE 30/06/2026: 11th boost

Uploaded the VIRGO .obj files, one with a simple base, and another with a base featuring the zodiac sign symbol. I also modify the print profiles by adding one more plate with the VIRGO symbol. The print settings remain the same. Pay attention to the characteristics of a print profile before downloading it, as they will always be detailed in text within the profile. 

Removed print profiles exclusive to the Libra figure that were included with the 6th boost. Its parts are integrated into the general profiles, this seems less confusing. The content of each print plate in the profiles is listed in a previous section.

Removed profiles with PETG support interface, the print was too long. They are replaced by profiles with non-variable layer, which on the contrary reduce print time, but also quality.
