Here is a custom-made cup holder for the Navee N65i and N65i II e-scooters. The holder is specifically designed for standard 500ml cans (such as Monster Energy) and fits handlebar stems with a 40mm diameter. The clean cutout window on the front provides a sporty look and showcases your can's logo.

The Highlight: The mounting clamp is fused directly with the holder (One-Piece Design). This eliminates the need for extra screws and ensures maximum stability. The holder utilizes the pre-existing threaded holes on the frame while simultaneously clamping rock-solid around the handlebar stem – absolutely nothing slips, even when hitting deep potholes! An M4 countersunk screw with a length of at least 20mm is recommended. The hole is pre-drilled with a 3.1mm core diameter, so you can easily thread it using the screw itself.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: ABS+ (Highly recommended for outdoor use to prevent warping in the hot summer sun. Alternatively, ASA or PETG).
• Walls (Perimeters): 4 (Crucial to keep the clamp sturdy yet flexible enough to clip onto the stem).
• Layer Height: 0.24mm (The perfect balance between fast print time and excellent layer adhesion).
• Infill: 20% Grid / Straight (for an extremely robust connection between the clamp and the cup).
• Supports: Tree supports required, depending on your printer's overhang performance (the included Bambu .3mf profile is already optimized).
