Mini ITX case with a 90s retro look (200 mm x 200 mm x 80 mm), designed with FreeCAD 1.1.1, fully 3D Printed on Bambu Lab A1 mini, in PLA (what I used) or other filaments

Compatible with mini ITX motherboards, with a thin I/O shield, and an external power supply

Recommended maximum CPU cooler height, 36 mm

The power and reset buttons have a diameter of 12 mm

For the motherboard standoffs, I recommend gluing them to avoid any issues during a potential future disassembly. I used this hardware kit for that: Taiss 502PCS Computer Screw Assortment Kit, Motherboard Standoff Screws, Computer Fan Screws, Computer Case, Hard Drive, Laptop, SSD, Optical Drive: Amazon.fr: Computer & Accessories

All the parts fit together, but I still recommend gluing them with super glue, or a special PLA adhesive: Nayrmaer PLA Glue, Extra Strong 3D Printing Adhesive For Gluing PLA, ABS, PETG and TPU, Includes Anti-clog Nozzle (60g): Amazon.fr: DIY & Tools, it works very well

The cover clips on and stays attached to the case with magnets (10 mm x 2 mm): Magenesis 52 Pieces 10x2 mm Extremely Powerful Magnets, approx 2 kg Holding Force: Amazon.fr: Business, Industry & Science

The cover can accommodate a fan 120 mm in diameter and a maximum of 15 mm thick if you have installed a 36 mm CPU cooler. If the motherboard is fanless, a classic 120 mm fan should fit

Before gluing the parts, I recommend doing a dry assembly to see where each part goes and the correct orientation of the motherboard, but you will see, it is not complicated, other than correctly positioning the bottom part so that the motherboard is in the right direction

Hoping to make some people happy ;)

If you like the print, a small boost would be appreciated ;)
