Nerf Stryfe Makita 7.2V Battery Adapter

- copper sheet metal 24 gauge (0.5mm thick) x 1: used to make terminals
Description
I have a handful of Makita 7.2 Driver Li-ion Batteries (BL7010) which happen to be 2S (2 Series) which make them great for integration with Nerf. Particularly, I wanted an off the shelf battery that had a charger and also wanted it adapted to the Nerf Stryfe in a way that required no cutting.
Thus using a combination of fake batteries to connect to the terminal and an adapter to connect to the Makita Battery, I combined the two to make this.
You'll notice I added some text for my personal version which you can easily do as well. I designed it to print with as little supports as possible as I found the print quality is cleaner and then we assemble it after.
The current version uses my current terminal which I'll admit is not easy to make and not effective. I plan to update it once I get some alternate copper sheet metal.
Materials
The sheet metal I'm ordering:
Copper Sheet,6"x6" 24 Gauge - https://a.co/d/08Z2mIhR
Also for the fake AA battery terminal you'll need 25mm M3 Screws:
550PCS M3 Screw Kit, M3 x 6/8/12/16/20/25/30mm Hex Socket Head - https://a.co/d/0bMWrxFQ
Terminal
To make the blade terminal for the battery, this was the design/template I used:

The scrap metal I used either was too thick or too thin. My order copper sheet metal hasn't arrived yet so I'll update this design when it arrives. This design is “difficult” because the 6mm section we fold in half, to clamp the terminal in place is very hard to fold. I thought about it and its just poor design but I don't have the sheet metal to revise it yet. I'll release an updated V2 once it delivers (probably tomorrow)
Red are spots you'd fold. I made a total of 6 of these terminals out of different scrape and threw away 4 of them so be open to experimenting.
In theory, if you didn't want to make this complex setup, you could also wire and solder but I wanted a solder free solution.
Assembly
To assemble, you'll need to put them together like this picture below. The bottom piece will clamp the terminal as well as the connectors will align the makita battery adapter to the stryfe cover. A bit of super glue on the outside and it'll stick well.
