Honda Odyssey Key Fob Repair 2011, 2012, 2013
Print Profile(3)

Bill of Materials
- Loctite x 1: Optional, as desired. I recommend using this only on the two screws that hold the key blade to the rest of the fob.
- M2 Tap Set x 1: Please see the Amazon link in description
Description
Repair your Honda Odyssey key fob instead of paying obscene dealership fees for a new one!
Dealership key replacements can easily cost $150–$400+, depending on programming and replacement requirements. This repair can typically be completed for under $25 using your existing electronics and key blade.
This replacement shell has been tested to fit a 2012 Honda Odyssey key fob, and I expect compatibility with 2011–2013 models as well.
Hardware Required
- M2x0.4 x 4mm screws (QTY: 3x)
(I used these: 830 Pcs M2 Screws Kit) - Loctite Blue (optional)
Additional Assembly Notes
Some holes in the original key blade must be tapped during assembly (tutorial)
(I used this tap set: 10pcs Micro Taps M1-M3.5)
- Please see the Assembly Guide
Recommended Print Materials
I recommend temperature resistant materials like:
- PETG-CF
- PETG
- ABS
- PA / Nylon
PETG, ABS, or PA are especially recommended if the key may regularly be left in a hot vehicle during summer.
PLA will likely work for most users, but higher-temperature materials are recommended for long-term durability.
