Thinner Bottom Shelf for KWS 10 Inch Server Rack

Description
Reduced the thickness of the bottom shelf for the KWS 10 Inch Server Rack overall to use less plastic while printing and have a smaller footprint. The holes have been adjusted to allow more options for power supplies (for example) to be velcro-tied to the shelf (see the attached photos). Only uses 140g of filament to print with the attached print profile now compared to 313g from the original.
