This is my Modular Server Rack 10 ich Version. If you have any questions, suggestion or need help you can wirte me a massage.

In the Picture is a U3 version, but all the files are with U4

When you assamble the Server Rack you need to put the bigger part of the mounts to the bottem (I did it wrong in the Video 😅)

My Server Rack:

  • Raspberry Pi 5 4 Gb
    • Raspberry Pi 5 Active Cooler Fan
    • Geekworm X1001 M.2 Nvme SSD
  • TP Link TL SG-108 Lan Switch (needs to be glued with double sided tape on the 3D print)

Screws:

  • Frame Front: 4x m3 14mm
  • Frame Back:  4x m3 12mm
  • Feet 4x m3 8mm
  • Hardware Mount: 8x m3 10mm

The Screws doesent need to be the corrects size, just try it out

Improvements:

  • Bigger
  • Sliders to easily mount or change the Server Rack
  • Compatible with other 10 inch Server

(It doesent slide perfektly, because 3D print on 3D print is not the best)

Very useful print, I printed the long frame and the cable management and am currently printing some hex cut out flat trays to fit my switch and MAC turned ubuntu server. Thanks for the model.

Hey @KremlinCardinal , where did you find the flat piece holding the black device on top? Trying to build this out with my firewall on the bottom, but its too tall for the switch mount similar to your device

Oh I quickly designed that myself. It's ugly af, but it works. I'll upload it for you in the following hours.

Thank you for creating and sharing this. I have two racks. A couple of switches are slightly larger than the frame so I rested them on the bottom shelves. I got by with M3 12mm screws. the only thing I’d recommend is some space between the raspberry pis as it’s quite hard to get a micro usb cable in without stressing the bend. minor point though. thanks

Very simple print, top! Stability with PETG perfectly fine. Here's my setup, primarily for HomeAssistant. PS The switch will be replaced with an 8-port TP-Link switch.

Nice and simple 10 inch rack frame. Assembled with some M3 hardware and some printed washers. I searched here and found some mounts to fit my equipment. Printed in Sunlu PETG Matte.
