UTV(John Deere Gator) 1.75" (45mm) roll bar clamp

Simple but strong roll bar clamp for 1.75" (45mm) roll bars used on many UTV's such as the John Deere Gator series. 

Printed in PETG is recommended with 80% infill to sustain the clamping force around the roll bar.  I have also printed this using TPU with 80% infill which also works well and provides some flex when clamping.  Most other materials such as ASA, PA, etc… should also work well.

All nuts and bolts are ¼ " but equivalent metric bolts should work.  I used 2” long bolts for the sides with flat washers and nylocs nuts.  I used a single ¼" bolt through the center that is at least 1" long, this would vary depending on what you are attaching to the roll bar.  I have used it to attach a gun rack, fire extinguisher mount, mount for bear spray, work light, and a shovel.
