The new layout offers significantly more flexibility in organization and allows for a clean separation of vials, syringes, needles, alcohol swabs, or other accessories

As with previous versions, the inlay is fully compatible with the existing case and can be selected depending on the individual use case

With this new version, the inlay has been further optimized and adapted to the requirements of many users

Changes in V2

New recess for injection pens up to approximately 155 mm in length

Capacity adjusted to:

• 2 × 5 ml / 10 ml Vials
• 6 × 3 ml Vials

Better utilization of the available interior space

Compatible with the existing case

Notes

The recess was designed for typical injection pens. Suitable pen needles can be stored either in the large accessory compartment together with the syringes or in the recesses for the 3 ml vials

The original inlay version remains available so that everyone can choose the variant suitable for their application

This is my optimized version of an existing box design or remix for the practical storage of vials, syringes, and accessories

Compared to the original version, the model has been functionally revised and improved
The biggest adjustment is an additional divider for alcohol pads, which allows accessories to be stored much more neatly and readily accessible

Furthermore, a cutting/mesh error from the previous model has been eliminated, allowing the model to be processed more cleanly and making it generally more reliably printable

The case offers space for 12x 3ml bottles, 4x 5ml / 10ml bottles, syringes, and alcohol pads

The box is ideal for compact organization of accessories and ensures neat storage

Notes on Vial Sizes

The inlay was designed for the most common vial diameters:

• 1 ml Vials: approx 12 mm diameter
• 3 ml Vials: approx 17.5 mm diameter
• 5 ml Vials: approx 22.5 mm diameter
• 10 ml Vials: approx 22.5 mm diameter

Please note: Depending on the manufacturer, actual dimensions may vary slightly. The inlay was designed based on the most commonly used vial sizes and should be compatible with most commercially available vials
