Description

PSP Go Protective Case

Features:

  • TPU Insert: Keeps your console safe from bumps and scratches. Mix and match colors as you like! (Can also be printed in PLA or any other material).
  • Print-in-Place Body: No screws, no assembly.
  • Customizable Colors: Choose your favorite color combo for the logo (AMS), body, and inserts.
  • Magnetic Lock: Neodymium magnets for a satisfying, snap-shut lid.

Materials:

⚠️ Note: Some magnets arrive with a thickness under 3 mm (around 2.5 mm). If yours are 2.5 mm, do not push them all the way into the hole, as the gap will be too big and the magnetic pull will be too weak. I recommend pressing them in using a flat tool so they stay completely flush. Also, make sure to check the polarity before inserting them so they don’t repel each other!

  • Glue: Use a bit of glue to secure the TPU inserts to the main body. I designed the tolerances loose enough to ensure a good fit regardless of the material you use, so they might slip out if you don't glue them down.

Tested Print Settings:

  • Materials: PLA, ABS, and TPU
  • Infill: 10%
  • Wall Loops / Perimeters: 2
  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm works flawlessly.

Feel free to adjust the settings to your liking if you want a more heavy-duty print.

No tolerance issues with the hinges or the inserts on my printers. If anyone runs into fitment issues, don't hesitate to let me know!
