In this set there is Press mechanism, and exchangeable molds for various cookies:

Also cutters included, to cut out excess play doh.
manual how to use the press with molds:
Place a play doh ball inside the mold
Close the press, playdoh must be bit more than the mold, so it is easier to take it out from the mold
Take out the mold
cut with the cutter excess play doh
