Hoard-Keeper Drake Treasure Dragon | RPG Miniature
Print Profile(1)

Description
The ultimate reward requires defeating the ultimate guardian. The Hoard-Keeper Drake brings the most iconic fantasy encounter directly to your tabletop. Designed as a wingless terrestrial dragon (a Drake or Wyrm), this miniature is perfectly proportioned for tight dungeon corridors and underground vaults without sweeping wings cluttering your battle mat. Perfect as a campaign boss, a vault guardian, or a manifestation of absolute greed.
The sculpt features a heavily armored, reptilian predator coiled protectively over its domain. Its body is covered in thick, overlapping, spear-like scales, leading up to a fierce, horned head with a roaring, aggressive expression. The true masterpiece of this model is the integrated Vault of Greed Base: the drake rests upon ruined stone slabs completely buried in legendary loot. The hoard includes highly detailed scattered coins, silver ingots, a royal crown, a locked chest, and massive, faceted gemstones housed in a stone basin.
Key Features:
- The Color-Shift Canvas: The heavily textured, overlapping scales are the perfect surface for color-shift metallic paints, drybrushing, or high-contrast speed paints to create a shimmering, otherworldly hide.
- Loot Painter's Dream: The base is a self-contained masterclass in painting metallics and gem effects. The variety of items (gold coins, silver bars, wooden chests, and glowing jewels) provides an incredibly satisfying detailing experience.
- Table-Friendly Silhouette: The compact, coiled, and wingless pose makes this a "Large" or "Huge" threat that is easy to transport, store, and position dynamically among player miniatures.
